Here are some of the more frequently asked questions but if your query is not here feel free to ask us – we love to hear from you and will get back to you as soon as we can!
Can I pay via my credit card/paypal?

You certainly can! – The fancy pants checkout is completely integrated with Paypal to allow you to use your credit card or existing paypal account to make final purchase. We also offer WooCommerce Checkout and Internet Banking (NZ Only).

Shipping

Domestic – Within New Zealand:

Orders generally take 2-4 working days to leave the hanger. RD deliveries may take a few more parsecs. Our courier company is NZ Couriers, once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email, including a Track & Trace number for your package. If you have not received this email or your goods within 2-4 working days please contact us to let us know we are stink.

Please note:  Deliveries are only made on working days, as its gets closer to christmas times might blow out a tad – this is out of my control unfortunately.

International – Outside of New Zealand:

Orders are processed via e-Ship, operated by NZ Post.  These can sometimes take up to 20 working days to reach their destination and unfortunately do not come with a tracking ability so please be patient, I am looking into an alternative options for International Shipping at the moment.

Security

Bat Country Clothing does not receive or hold your credit card details, your details are handled by Paypal, and are only used when being transmitted to the appropriate credit card agency for processing. If paying by Internet Banking – Bat Country Clothing can not see any details regarding your bank account and even if we could we promise not to forward them onto the Nigerian Royal Family.

Returns

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the garment/s within 7days of receiving it and we will offer either a credit or refund less shipping costs. The garment/s need to be in an unworn condition and still have all labels attached. Simply send us an email info@batcountryclothing.com quoting your name, reference number and reason for return. Any courier or postage charges are at your own expense.

“Unworn Condition” means you tried it on for like 5 minutes (without breaking it) and realised you just were not feeling it. It does not mean you ordered the shirt, wore it to a weekend long LAN party in the hopes of scoring some mad IRL street-cred then wished to return it because you need the money to pay board for the basement you currently reside in.

I went to the market and couldnt find you?

I try to get to the Saturday Markets as often as I can during the warmer months (because colder weather is kind of counter intuitive to short sleeved clothing) but I also kind of get busy with having other things on.  My bad.  You can still find me online here though!
